We are not a big company, and certainly not a corporation, and our relationships, internal processes and rules are in line with that. We try to keep the necessary bureaucracy to a minimum, not to bother ourselves with unnecessary things and to concentrate on our work. It’s a given that you’ll be chatting to our CEO from the start and after the first party you’ll know most of your colleagues by name, which is fine by us…

STABLE TEAM

We have minimal turnover of colleagues. Many of us have been in our team since the company was founded. Many of us have known each other for much longer than that. We “pull” our friends from our previous positions together and they stay with us… If we agree on something, it’s done.

If someone prefers to work from home occasionally, we try to accommodate and look for a project where their nature allows it. If someone prefers to work in a team, we look for a project where they will be in contact with other colleagues in the office at all times..

We try to be accommodating in setting the terms and conditions as far as it is in our power to do so. We are a small company, but we offer great financial compensation, usually better than comparable positions in large corporations. On the other hand, we do not deal with empty benefits, tinsel and clichés, and we do not make unfulfillable and unrealistic promises…
